ABOUT TRUST

Despite graphic facts or likelihoods,

whether we like, submit to

  or desire them

isn’t the point.

If we’ve never experienced love, faithfulness, safety,

and only met desperation, fear,

we’re helpless, unable to find who we truly are,

 let alone trust (others or our selves)

beyond the scrabble to survive.

The only chance is servitude.

The quest and pressure to find water and food,

with a safe place to sleep -

a cave, are primordial basics -

the explorer, nomad, hunter.

Then, securing a patch of territory,

the farmer and warrior evolve

 - who trusts whom?

Courage, skills and gods arise

  • but trust is childish folly.

…..

There’s an unborn parallel world called conscious soul,

unfolding within spacetime bodies;

Aha!

that’s the trick: make-belief!

develop surety in Something or One;

based on mothers womb:

a secure, provider, protector.

Imagine - and hey presto,

there’s a deity!

A helpful notion albeit mind-made!

No sign of trust per se -

just retro sperm-power,

projected.

Daddy was out hunting anyway

whilst mom was a bosomy witch.

Besides, she was a lay-about, a singer of lullabies,

stirrer of potions and spidery webs.

Trust was only an embryonic

memory.

Did we create it as a result of

betrayal or an utopian dream?

Divinity was a progression,

love a hormonal obsession.

 Ye gods

     The belly invented greed,

by way of recompense;

satiating the growth of plenty

with the Ego - instead of I.

Trust? Poof!

some impecunious twaddle,

worth zilch.

So we’ve gotten ourselves to total UNtrust, the hard way;

collective, kindof emoji-ridden

shortcut Spin

to cartoonise truth, faith, our reality as mere story-lines.

Star-speke seth:

the way to find some thing

is via its inverse, reverse opposite.

A clear, existential feedback loop.

The heroic, liveslong dharma:

that trust equates with Love

sublime.

A two-way track of worthiness

  • a risk worth taking.

I trust in the ground I walk on;

in Nature, with all it’s unpredictability.

I trust in you - who you are and where you come from.

I trust in me,

where my I is made from.

In Life, Truth, Source, whatever it is.

Letting go, despite danger,

allowing happenstance,

surrendering to, embracing

uncertainty, necessity.

That’s why we’re in 3D afterall
