Structurally quintessential.

 

What about the iron core of dying suns

the material trapped in blackest holes

experientially data-rich?

Light itself eternally unlit.

Where did it come from

and what ignited its intelligent journey?

 

Cyphers, glyphs, symbols

with the gaps and silences inbetween;

figures, numbers, all encoding primary concepts, principles, analogies, how-tos,

downstepped or abbreviated

to signals, signs, runes, logos,

integers, hieroglyphs, emojis, digits

even flags, badges and trademarks

signifying meaning, an intention to share

like an image, token, a fingerprint

or manner of not speaking.

 

Stored in banks of computers,

in clouds and top-secret hideaways;

in Akashic sanctuaries, in muscle itself,

in DNA, in planetary rock carbon dating,

the limbic brain, hippocampus, amygdala - electromagnetic earth grids and nodes.

 

Historical accounts, religious revelations

from visionaries, space visitors, artifacts

all telling their tale.

 

The need to tell it, preserve and save
