COURAGE
Nowadays,
these are the truly warriors:
those who love for no reason
the worker bees, providing,
the whistle-blowers:
- who speak, write, stand up;
those who listen,
create beauty with hands and mind,
those whose heart and gut
tells truth from power;
spreads peace with their silences;
are caring, can simplify;
when and how to ask, share, give
and how to dispel fear,
be mindful, in-body in the moment.
