A GOER

No messing around

nor pushing and shoving;

without controlling or fixing -

just a state of being.

Allowing of survival agendas, yet brim with life’s own chi,

the frequencies of love and faith:

its dangers and delights -

besides plans, goals and risks

within the opportunity of Now.

Innate, gutsy equanimity

rooted in the earth and heart:

humbly aware, sharply alert.

A living ballast, an anchor

for family and community.

Steadiness with flexibility

in each moment -

Ah me, the trembly joy!
