WHAT or WHY

What unknown is unfolding?

Ask yourself!

Is this strange or surprising?

In an ultimately unknowable

and infinite universe!

Who said Ignorance is improper - any more than Innocence?

We seek, we find;

 scuffling around like rabbits, for safety.

Also we search, unravelling stuff in our heads -

it’s maths, logic, options;

afterall, we’re inquisitive

and competitive;

full of desires, concepts, fears - hybrid mammal cum spirit

for some unfathomable reason -

attributed to Mr Top Dog or a creator of some sort,

by way of summary squiggles in the amygdala.

No need to work out why.

Yet, we DO!

Headstrong, mothers say;

Mindless, teachers insist;

Worthless! society concludes.

Helpless, pointless, useless -

a catalogue of uns and less.

All we absolutely need is Light - inner light of being aware:

mayhap, breath, behold…

…the light of consciousness.

Indeed, as we are that!
